1. We never start repair or service on your vehicle without offering an itemized estimate of proposed service/repair. Without authorized consent, we will NOT start repair on your vehicle.

2. Regardless of your automotive knowledge, we will ALWAYS take the time to explain:

• WHY we propose a certain repair/service,
• WHAT are the diagnostic results that conclude to this suggestion,
• HOW this service/repair can affect your vehicle in the short/long term

3. Per your request, we will save your Removed parts for you to view upon completion of service/repair.

4. Our word is our honor- your car WILL be ready when we promise it will be. Unless we encounter problems receiving parts from vendors or a unexpected delay occurs, you can count on having your car ready on time. If a delay occurs, you will be notified immediately.

5. Our prices are competitive and we encourage our customers to seek a quote from their dealers to compare.
